Salary: $175,000–$182,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Lead client engagements focused on strategy, operating model transformation, and technology modernization.
• Translate complex operational concepts into actionable business solutions for senior stakeholders.
• Drive business development by identifying client needs, shaping proposals, and expanding revenue streams.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate consultants and managers to foster team growth.
• Navigate regulatory, risk, and control environments within wealth and asset management.
• Support clients in defining implementation roadmaps, vendor selection, and pilot design.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or financial services (Wealth/Asset Management).
• Deep expertise in wealth operations, including trade lifecycle, middle office, and custody.
• Proven ability to originate new business and convert opportunities into sold work.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering.
