Salary: $98,200 - $105,100 USD + commission

What you will do

• Lead custom product demonstrations tailored to the business processes and workflows of existing customers.
• Analyze customer compatibility with recommended features and provide objective feedback to Account Managers.
• Support up-selling opportunities to drive increased recurring revenue via additional products.
• Resolve customer objections by providing creative workflow solutions based on deep product knowledge.
• Create detailed documentation for the implementation team and maintain industry-specific demo scripts.
• Respond to functional and technical requirements in RFIs/RFPs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share consumer insights.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or relevant experience in Sales, Product, or Engineering.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of success within or assisting a Sales organization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into practical business context.
• Proactive mindset and a desire to constantly learn and apply new knowledge.
