What you will do

• Measure the impact of operational and strategic initiatives by synthesizing data and presenting findings to leadership.
• Develop complex analyses and presentations for the Senior Leadership Team and cross-functional partners in Finance and Marketing.
• Design and create business models to solve operational problems and integrate them into regular reporting.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and coordinate system updates across platforms like Salesforce.com.
• Support field sales management with territory design, sales budgets, and compensation planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Must be based in Japan.
• Experience handling large data sets; previous background in consulting or investment banking is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in O365 and Excel (Index Match, Getpivotdata, Conditional formatting).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills for clearly presenting strategic issues to diverse work groups.
