What you will do

• Document current-state GTM processes and workflows to expose inefficiencies and enable shared understanding.
• Identify process gaps, pain points, and root causes through structured analysis.
• Design future-state processes and improvements to reduce manual work and enable scalable operations.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories for solution teams.
• Support UAT, validation, and post-release feedback to ensure high adoption.
• Contribute to root cause analysis, automation opportunities, and collaboration with process owners, application owners, and IT teams.

Requirements

• Experience in process analysis, business analysis, or workflow design within GTM, RevOps, Sales Ops, or adjacent domains.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and process designs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business, IT, and systems teams.
• Analytical mindset with focus on root cause identification and solution quality.

Nice to have

• Experience working across multiple enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ, Order Management).
• Familiarity with automation and AI-enabled process improvements.
• Experience supporting UAT and post-release validation.
