Location: Morrisville, NC; Boulder, CO; San Jose, CA (hybrid with in-office expectations)
Salary: 129,200 - 192,500 USD

What you will do
- Document current-state GTM processes and workflows to expose inefficiencies and enable shared understanding.
- Identify process gaps, pain points, and root causes through structured analysis.
- Design future-state processes and improvements to reduce manual work and enable scalable operations.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories for solution teams.
- Support UAT, validation, and post-release feedback to ensure high adoption.
- Contribute to root cause analysis, automation opportunities, and collaboration with process owners, application owners, and IT teams.
Requirements
- Experience in process analysis, business analysis, or workflow design within GTM, RevOps, Sales Ops, or adjacent domains.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and process designs.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business, IT, and systems teams.
- Analytical mindset with focus on root cause identification and solution quality.
Nice to have
- Experience working across multiple enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ, Order Management).
- Familiarity with automation and AI-enabled process improvements.
- Experience supporting UAT and post-release validation.
