What you will do

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized design consultations.
• Design tailored furniture solutions aligned with client wellness and productivity goals.
• Drive revenue by proactively managing leads and building strong client relationships.
• Partner with the Architecture & Design (A&D) community to expand brand partnerships.
• Maintain premium visual merchandising standards within the store.
• Manage order processing and transactions with high accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and move items over 20 lbs.
