What you will do

• Provide customers with solutions that drive value, actively seek growth opportunities, and generate sales volume.
• Develop territory, account, and call plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in priority sectors.
• Introduce GESTRA capabilities through presentations, lunch & learns, and other methods.
• Use consultative selling to uncover customer needs and deploy customer value propositions.
• Participate in networking, professional organizations, and trade shows to develop leads.
• Maintain records in CRM, manage pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams on product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience with technical or industrial products.
• Proven track record in boardroom-style presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license compliant with company policies.
• Must reside in Midwest territory (Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri).
