Location: Hybrid in New York, NY

Salary: $118,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns to generate and accelerate pipeline within target accounts.
  • Partner with SDRs, Brand Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver coordinated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Design and launch tailored campaigns, including content, paid media, and microsites, aligned to specific industries and personas.
  • Optimize strategy by analyzing campaign performance, account intent data, and ROI.
  • Shape and maintain the MarTech stack, including tools like UserGems, DreamData, HubSpot, and Mutiny.
  • Deliver RoaS reporting and communicate ROI narratives across Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, NY to support the hybrid work format.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing with an enterprise focus.
  • 3+ years of dedicated experience in account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation (HubSpot), and ABM platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline creation in collaboration with sales.
