What you will do

• Audit and update work/machine instructions with clear steps and critical-to-quality checkpoints.
• Review and standardize SOPs for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and cross-functional consistency.
• Facilitate FMEA sessions to document failure modes and track mitigation actions to closure.
• Conduct time studies and capability checks to verify the effectiveness of instructions.
• Support operator training rollouts and ensure correct document publication in the DMS.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Ability to translate technical content into clear, visual shop-floor instructions.
• Comfort working on the production floor and engaging with technicians/operators.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FMEA methods (AIAG/VDA).
• Experience with Lean concepts such as 5S and Standard Work.
• Knowledge of basic statistics, variation, and measurement fundamentals.
• Proficiency with CAD/PDM screenshots or image markup tools like SnagIt and Visio.
