What you will do

• Prepare detailed and assembly drawings for precision motion systems.
• Provide general CAD support to design engineers.
• Generate 2D CAD drawings from 3D solid model layouts.
• Load design information into the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system.
• Work on engineering projects ranging from research and development to building and testing instruments.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time academic program majoring in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without needing sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with SolidWorks CAD.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing process.
• Vocational school background in engineering technology or metal fabrication.
