Location: Onsite in Columbia City, IN, United States. Preference for candidates located in or near Fort Wayne, IN.

What you will do

• Support Manufacturing Engineers with day-to-day engineering and production tasks
• Shadow operations to gain hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes and system integration
• Assist with new product introduction, engineering changes, and legacy program support
• Contribute to process improvements, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and documentation updates
• Support design for manufacturability and transition-to-production activities
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to resolve production issues

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn and interpret technical data, drawings, and specifications
• U.S. citizenship required
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
