What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with paper mill customers across Ontario and Eastern Canada.
• Identify opportunities for paper machine clothing, roll covers, bowed rolls, and related services.
• Conduct paper machine audits, service calls, and optimization studies.
• Perform machine optimization and press section studies using proprietary modeling and diagnostic tools.
• Troubleshoot operating challenges and recommend practical, value-driven solutions to reduce warranty exposure.
• Prepare professional on-site reports and provide monthly summaries and forecasts.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in paper mills (production, maintenance, reliability, process, or technical sales).
• Strong knowledge of paper machine clothing, press sections, rolls, or machine optimization.
• Ability to travel within the assigned Ontario and Eastern Canada territory.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and CRM databases.

Nice to have

• Experience with press optimization.
• Background in applications engineering or field service.
• Familiarity with paper machine audits and shutdown support.
