TL;DR

Business Development Coordinator (EdTech): Supporting the execution and follow-up of business development activities within the education sector with an accent on lead generation, CRM management, and account research. Focus on improving lead generation efficiency, managing RFP inboxes, and developing internal training tools for the sales team.

Location: Must be able to work in-person from the hirify.global office in Kitchener, Ontario

Salary: $720 — $915 CAD weekly

What you will do

  • Manage and respond to relevant email and voicemail inboxes, including the RFP inbox.
  • Research target customers and develop target lists for proactive market campaigns.
  • Maintain high data quality within the CRM through lead clean-up and data entry.
  • Assist with the creation of training documents and update the internal Business Development team hub.
  • Collect post-campaign customer information and integrate it into the CRM.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (will not graduate prior to the role).
  • Must be able to work in-person from a hirify.global office in Kitchener, Ontario.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Social Sciences.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity and interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT and CoPilot.
