What you will do
- Concept and direct multi-channel campaigns across OOH, digital, social, film/video, experiential, CRM, and web.
- Produce high-impact design work that reinforces visual identity and elevates the consumer experience.
- Partner with the Senior Creative Director to shape creative direction and refine brand expression.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, inspiration, and support to direct reports to foster growth.
- Translate strategic briefs into creative ideas that meet business ambitions and differentiate the brand.
- Use performance data and user insights to refine creative approaches and experiment with AI tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years of art direction and/or creative direction experience at an agency or in-house brand studio.
- Proven track record of developing integrated, multi-channel campaigns with a strong portfolio.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Solid understanding of typography, composition, color, motion, and digital design fundamentals.
- Experience mentoring and leading designers with a collaborative approach.
- Required to work from the Miami, FL office 3 days per week.
