What you will do

• Conceptualize and execute on-brand creative across campaigns, digital platforms, and marketing channels
• Translate business goals and brand strategies into visual storytelling that drives engagement
• Partner cross-functionally to develop and deliver integrated campaigns from concept to execution
• Maintain and evolve brand systems, balancing consistency and innovation
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work on time
• Present ideas, incorporate feedback, and leverage AI tools to improve creative output

Requirements

• 5–8+ years experience in design within agency or in-house creative/marketing environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and digital work
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern design tools
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and visual systems
• Deep understanding of brand development and marketing strategy
• Ability to think conceptually and execute with precision

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics, illustration, 3D, or video
• Familiarity with DAM systems and project management tools like Asana
• Passion for sports, especially golf
