What you will do

• Translate technical curricula into visually compelling learning experiences and course materials.
• Design executive-ready presentations and customer-facing content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Create visual assets including diagrams, illustrations, frameworks, and light motion graphics.
• Develop course visuals, study guides, and animations to enhance learner engagement.
• Produce social-first and external content to support thought leadership initiatives.
• Experiment with AI-driven design workflows to elevate creative output.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design (or 6+ with an advanced degree).
• Strong portfolio focusing on presentation design and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with motion design and basic video editing.
• Familiarity with Figma and UI/UX design principles.
• Understanding of instructional design and learning content structure.
