What you will do

• Art direct brand campaigns, product launches, and branded experiences across all mediums.
• Elevate visual craft and maintain a consistent visual language in collaboration with the Design Director.
• Lead high-priority projects from initial concept through production and final delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to create best-in-class marketing campaigns across various verticals.
• Stay current with visual trends and new technologies to ensure innovative and relevant work.
• Contribute to the growth and definition of the team's design culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion design, filmmaking, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience as an art director in advertising agencies (in-house, external, or freelance).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful campaigns and high-impact projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience in B2B and growth marketing within the tech and social media sectors.
• Experience working within matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Expertise in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience working with Keynote and Frame.io.
