What you will do

• Own and manage the Group's annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support both short-term and long-term strategic planning.
• Produce high-quality management reporting packs for the Exco and the Board of Directors.
• Act as a subject matter expert and key user for financial planning systems, specifically Anaplan.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners, Investor Relations, and Treasury to align reporting and accounting outputs.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting tools, data quality, and financial processes.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience in FP&A, preferably within a complex, international, or multi-entity organization.
• Advanced Excel skills with a proven track record of producing high-quality financial outputs.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan and/or Essbase.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into clear, concise insights for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work from the London office 3 days per week.
