What you will do

• Lead the annual budgeting cycle and rolling monthly/weekly forecasting processes to inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with Senior Leadership Teams within Business Transformation, Technology, and the People Team.
• Prepare high-quality management information, financial projections, and clear commentary for the Management Team.
• Review investment business cases to provide commercial challenge and ensure benefits are realisable.
• Develop and maintain the hirify.global segment as a standalone module in Anaplan for pricing and performance management.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on KPIs and financial performance for Monthly Reviews.

Requirements

• Recognized accountancy qualification or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in an FP&A or Partnering role working with functional and commercial teams.
• Expertise in building logical and analytical financial forecasting models in Excel.
• Ability to generate commercial insight from raw data and present it concisely to senior management.
