What you will do

  • Integrate and automate a seamless finance ecosystem using tools like QBO, Hubspot, Cledara, HiBob, TriNet, and Tipalti.
  • Lead the design and deployment of production-ready AI and automation directly into finance workflows.
  • Streamline Quote-to-Cash processes and globalize payroll via TriNet and HiBob.
  • Develop complex FP&A models and prepare quarterly board updates.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to ensure finance systems scale alongside the technical infrastructure.

Requirements

  • CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA certification.
  • 4+ years of experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI scale-ups (Series A to C+).
  • Proven experience owning finance programs and delivering end-to-end systems implementations.
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI or automation directly into production finance workflows.
  • Capability to build FP&A models and perform funnel diagnostics.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with APIs, cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source.
