Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - Tuesday to Thursday in the office

What you will do
- Own and evolve the three-statement financial model and drive robust, driver-based forecasting capability.
- Lead board-level financial reporting and act as a critical review layer for investor and stakeholder requirements.
- Scale and automate core finance processes to identify and resolve operational debt across systems and workflows.
- Partner with the CFO to optimize NetSuite and strengthen the link between financial data and business KPIs.
- Embed budgeting and financial ownership across departments as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee FP&A output to support strategic planning, scenario modelling, and investment decisions.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, UK to support a hybrid office schedule.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role within a high-growth or scale-up environment.
- Strong track record in building and improving finance processes and systems.
- Experience developing and owning complex financial models and forecasts.
- Exposure to board-level reporting and senior stakeholder engagement.
- High level of data literacy with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Nice to have
- Experience in cloud, infrastructure, or technology-led businesses.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
- Experience scaling finance functions in a fast-moving environment.
