What you will do

• Own and evolve the three-statement financial model and drive robust, driver-based forecasting capability.
• Lead board-level financial reporting and act as a critical review layer for investor and stakeholder requirements.
• Scale and automate core finance processes to identify and resolve operational debt across systems and workflows.
• Partner with the CFO to optimize NetSuite and strengthen the link between financial data and business KPIs.
• Embed budgeting and financial ownership across departments as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee FP&A output to support strategic planning, scenario modelling, and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK to support a hybrid office schedule.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a high-growth or scale-up environment.
• Strong track record in building and improving finance processes and systems.
• Experience developing and owning complex financial models and forecasts.
• Exposure to board-level reporting and senior stakeholder engagement.
• High level of data literacy with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud, infrastructure, or technology-led businesses.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Experience scaling finance functions in a fast-moving environment.
