What you will do

• Manage and deepen long-term relationships with a defined portfolio of buyside clients as the primary point of contact.
• Deliver targeted sales pitches and identify new business opportunities to drive adoption of MTS initiatives.
• Monitor account performance against KPIs and analyze client activity data to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and data teams to ensure seamless delivery of the MTS value proposition.
• Provide ongoing product support, market updates, and prompt responses to client queries.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles within financial markets.
• Solid understanding of fixed income markets and electronic trading workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Experience using CRM tools and maintaining structured account plans.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate flow data into actionable sales strategies.
• Location: Based in London, UK
