TL;DR

Regional Business Development Manager (CPG): Driving sustainable growth across regional grocery accounts with an accent on data-driven insights and omnichannel strategies. Focus on optimizing trade investments, improving digital shelf performance, and strengthening retailer partnerships.

Location: Hybrid (Boucherville or Toronto, Canada). Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory.

Salary: $70,000 – $110,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Manage regional grocery accounts and execute business objectives to drive sustainable growth.
  • Analyze Dunnhumby, POS, and shopper data to identify growth opportunities and influence pricing and distribution.
  • Optimize digital shelf fundamentals and omnichannel strategies to increase online conversion and share of sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, and Category Management to ensure product availability and alignment.
  • Lead strategic customer reviews and present innovation and category growth stories to retail decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting of volumes and trade investments.

Requirements

  • Business degree in administration or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Key Account Manager, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
  • Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in Category Management and professional selling skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong financial acumen to evaluate risks and make investment decisions.
