Location: Hybrid; must be based in Canada (Toronto preferred, Montreal or Vancouver also considered)
Salary: $76,000 - $110,000 CAD (base pay)

What you will do
- Conduct market analysis to understand local dynamics and competitive landscapes to sharpen commercial strategy.
- Develop and execute on-the-ground initiatives to optimize local fulfillment and supply activation.
- Partner with Marketing to drive localized brand awareness through metro-specific campaigns and category initiatives.
- Orchestrate large-scale metro activations and brand moments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support seasonal supply planning with tailored strategies for high-priority metros.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or marketplace roles with impact on growth or P&L.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Strong analytical skills in funnel optimization, LTV/CAC metrics, and supply/demand modeling.
- Experience implementing repeatable go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Ability to work autonomously while coordinating across multiple departments.
