Salary: $72,000 - $108,000 plus sales commission

What you will do
- Serve as the primary owner of the US Foods partnership nationally, managing relationships from corporate to field levels.
- Develop and execute GTM plans, co-marketing campaigns, and success metrics for a portfolio of POS resellers.
- Build field-level market plays, including ICP targeting and outreach sequences, to drive qualified pipelines.
- Lead training and enablement initiatives, including onboarding and field kits, to deepen partner expertise.
- Track partner performance via dashboards, win rates, and revenue attribution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to remove blockers and maximize referrals.
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS sales or partnerships with a proven ability to drive revenue.
- Strong communication skills to build trust with stakeholders from field reps to the C-suite.
- Hands-on operator mindset with a focus on building processes and measuring results.
- High level of organization to manage multiple partners and competing deliverables simultaneously.
- Ability to travel up to 30% within the assigned territory.
- Preference for candidates based in or near Saskatoon or Toronto.
Nice to have
- Experience managing revenue-generating partnerships with food distributors or POS systems.
- Familiarity with restaurant technology and operational workflows.
- Existing relationships with major players in the restaurant tech or food distribution space.
- Experience with field-level co-selling and division-level orchestration.
