What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls daily on assigned customer accounts.
• Develop strategies for effective calling campaigns and account resolutions.
• Provide customer service on collection issues and review accounts for correct resolution.
• Collaborate with team and manager to remedy delinquency matters and reduce overall delinquency.
• Make direct impact on customer support and daily goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of high volume collections experience
• Prior mortgage collections experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with passion for customer service and loan servicing
• Ability to work in office environment (up to 20 lbs lifting)
