What you will do

• Contact customers with overdue accounts to collect payments or negotiate installment plans.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer contacts and payment history.
• Generate regular reports on unpaid accounts and repayment progress.
• Ensure full compliance with federal and state debt collection laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in collections.
• Previous experience working in a call center environment (B2B and B2C preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to access systems via mobile device using biometric authentication.
• Must be based in Las Vegas, Nevada (Onsite).
