What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with accounts 31+ days past due.
• Negotiate fair payment solutions and establish plans to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account actions.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate customers or collateral.
• Review accounts for repossession according to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to reduce delinquency rates and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• At least one year of consumer collections experience in a high call-volume, auto-dialer environment.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Agoura Hills, CA.
• Strong understanding of collection laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.
