Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 a year

What you will do
- Execute collections and recovery strategies to improve roll rates, cure rates, and liquidation performance.
- Manage the day-to-day performance of third-party subservicers and collection agencies.
- Hold vendors accountable to defined KPIs, SLAs, and performance expectations through regular operational reviews.
- Analyze recovery performance data to identify drivers of borrower delinquencies and recovery trends.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance collections outcomes and the borrower experience.
- Ensure all vendor activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (implied by US banking regulations and benefits).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, recoveries, or servicing operations, preferably in consumer lending.
- Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors or subservicers to deliver business outcomes.
- Expertise in collections regulations and compliance requirements, specifically FDCPA and CFPB guidance.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
