Salary: $54,150 - $63,000 per year

What you will do

• Perform complete file quality control (QC) reviews, including Title Reports, Tax Certificates, and Mortgage Billing Statements.
• Issue Closing Disclosures to homeowners and coordinate signing aphirify.globalments with title vendors.
• Explain the hirify.global Option agreement, repayment terms, and funding timelines to homeowners.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of mortgage closings within a paperless environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. mortgage closing, processing, or escrow.
• 1+ year of customer service experience with a focus on high-quality delivery.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states of operation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
