What you will do

• Administer methadone and ensure accurate dosing records and medication accountability.
• Perform ongoing health assessments and coordinate care with pharmacies, labs, and community providers.
• Educate patients and their families on addiction, treatment options, and available resources.
• Conduct community outreach to encourage engagement with healthcare providers for chronic disease management.
• Manage medication inventory following DEA and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with counselors and treatment teams to monitor and support patient progress.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in close proximity to patients with complex health needs, mental health diagnoses, or criminal justice involvement.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical addiction or substance abuse treatment.
• Phlebotomy certification.
