What you will do
- Define and execute Woodwork's GTM strategy, owning positioning, messaging, and launch plans for new clinical offerings.
- Build and manage organic acquisition channels including in-app campaigns, email, and SMS to optimize the customer journey.
- Lead brand and creative execution for ad copy and imagery across internal and external channels.
- Oversee paid media agency relationships for Meta and Google campaigns, managing strategy and KPIs.
- Partner with product management, clinical ops, and legal teams to drive an integrated growth strategy.
- Track and report on key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, and funnel velocity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing (GTM, positioning) and growth marketing (acquisition, conversion).
- Proven zero-to-one track record of building a marketing function or brand from scratch.
- Deeply embedded in the LGBTQ+ community with an understanding of authentic messaging for this audience.
- Strong background in consumer tech or consumer health growth.
- Full-stack marketing capability, comfortable managing both high-level strategy and tactical execution.
- Data-driven approach to making bets and iterating based on imperfect information.

- Experience in healthtech, telehealth, or regulated DTC industries.
- Proficiency with lifecycle marketing tools and messaging sequencing.
