Salary: $195,000 – $290,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Own revenue on the marketing side and build systems to convert awareness into participation.
  • Scale paid channels efficiently while maintaining brand integrity and unit economics.
  • Design lifecycle journeys to improve user activation, retention, and referral.
  • Collaborate with product teams to shape onboarding, supply growth, and overall user experience.
  • Implement AI tools to enhance user acquisition, conversion, and retention efficiency.
  • Establish growth operating rhythms and translate complex data into actionable strategy.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in Marketing with a focus on Growth.
  • 8+ years of People Management experience.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience working with network or marketplace business models.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing budgets exceeding $10M.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to drive operational efficiencies.
