Salary: $135,000 - $170,000

What you will do
- Lead paid advertising strategy across major digital platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, and Snapchat.
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to profitably scale new customer growth.
- Improve retention, engagement, and monetization through lifecycle insights and product-growth collaboration.
- Analyze campaign performance, focusing on CAC, ROAS, payback periods, and funnel conversion.
- Build repeatable testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, onboarding flows, and retention campaigns.
- Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on market positioning and competitive dynamics.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth, paid acquisition, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling paid spend for consumer subscription, health/wellness, or fintech mobile apps.
- Deep hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of subscription app economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period).
- Proficiency with mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, or Branch.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling apps in the AI, Health & Fitness, nutrition, or mobile utility categories.
- Expertise in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and organic social strategy.
- Experience with web-to-app funnels, paywall testing, and onboarding optimization.
- Prior experience as a founder, operator, or executive-level growth consultant.
