What you will do

• Lead strategic market development and identify growth opportunities to drive territory expansion.
• Engage C-level executives to position the company as a strategic partner for marketing transformation.
• Conduct business transformation assessments (BTAs) and provide high-hirify.global strategic recommendations.
• Develop customized proposals and executive presentations to secure new business partnerships.
• Utilize AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for executive-level market research and strategic intelligence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution post-sale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic marketing and business development experience preferred.
• Proven track record of influencing C-suite decision-makers and delivering measurable results.
• Expertise in marketing strategy, digital solutions, and sales enablement.
• Experience using AI tools for executive-level research, analysis, and strategic consulting.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
