What you will do

• Lead the coordination and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across the marketing organization.
• Identify and operationalize high-value GenAI use cases for content production and workflow efficiency.
• Design and manage performance dashboards to track productivity gains and AI-driven KPIs.
• Develop and execute the marketing operations tool strategy and technology roadmap.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and platforms.
• Partner with Technology and Compliance teams to ensure responsible AI usage and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, planning, technology, or analytics.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines.
• 1+ year of experience designing and implementing GenAI-enabled marketing workflows.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
• Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA.
