What you will do
- Lead the coordination and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across the marketing organization.
- Identify and operationalize high-value GenAI use cases for content production and workflow efficiency.
- Design and manage performance dashboards to track productivity gains and AI-driven KPIs.
- Develop and execute the marketing operations tool strategy and technology roadmap.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and platforms.
- Partner with Technology and Compliance teams to ensure responsible AI usage and governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, planning, technology, or analytics.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines.
- 1+ year of experience designing and implementing GenAI-enabled marketing workflows.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
- Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
- Experience within financial services or insurance industries.
- Strong background in business case development and ROI evaluation.
- Experience facilitating enterprise-level planning processes.
