What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end conversion funnel for Woodwork from first touchpoint through onboarding to first-time purchase.
  • Drive product-led growth through experimentation and in-funnel optimization to improve activation and early retention.
  • Partner with marketing to align acquisition channels with the in-product experience and use funnel data to inform strategy.
  • Navigate HIPAA regulations to create thoughtful UX for clinical intake, identity verification, and prescription workflows.
  • Build a rigorous testing culture using data, experimentation, and qualitative research to measure impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical ops, legal, and the broader product organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in product-led growth or conversion optimization.
  • Proven zero-to-one track record of building growth loops, onboarding flows, or activation funnels.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to design tests with statistical rigor.
  • Experience operating with high autonomy in small, fast-paced teams.
  • Ability to partner effectively with engineering, design, clinical ops, and legal teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with healthcare clinical onboarding, prescription flows, or telehealth intake.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-constrained analytics, consent frameworks, and privacy-safe measurement.
  • Experience working on growth within marketplaces, subscriptions, or two-sided platforms.
  • Passion for building products that serve the LGBTQ+ community.
