What you will do

• Improve activation rates and reduce early churn by helping new clinics find value faster and more intuitively
• Collaborate across product, design, support, marketing, and data teams to create aligned onboarding experiences
• Build systems for feature teams to introduce new capabilities into onboarding without chaos or duplication
• Incorporate owner and practitioner feedback plus data insights into every onboarding decision
• Establish new organizational ways of working to support clinics in their first critical weeks

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2–3 years focused on growth, onboarding, activation, or early customer journeys
• Proven cross-functional influence without formal authority to drive ideas to impact
• Comfort with experimentation, data-driven decisions, and analytics tools like Looker
• Strong user research skills including conducting interviews, synthesizing feedback, and guiding roadmaps
• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about improving product experiences
