Salary: $150K – $175K + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end consumer journey from discovery and education through onboarding and treatment.
• Partner with engineering and design to integrate AI into the core consumer experience.
• Lead projects through the ideation, development, and launch of innovative customer experience features.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure protocols, safety, and education are core to the product.
• Shape short- to long-term roadmaps, balancing day-to-day improvements with long-term scalability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in consumer-oriented product roles; background in health, wellness, or 0-to-1 products is a plus.
• Fluency in working with AI agents and building AI-native workflows and systems.
• Proven track record of building and shipping products that drive meaningful business impact.
• Strategic and tactical experience designing and executing scalable processes from scratch.
