What you will do

• Partner with Sales to define pilot scope and translate ambiguous customer requests into crisp technical requirements and measurable success criteria.
• Own the end-to-end customer relationship during the 90-day pilot window, serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding and technical setup.
• Lead cross-functional execution to configure agent workflows across voice, SMS, and video, including routing, triggers, and integrations.
• Track and analyze pilot performance against success metrics to prove ROI and prepare hand-offs for scale.
• Create deployment playbooks, templates, and configuration checklists to reduce variance and speed up future launches.
• Translate real-world field gaps into actionable product roadmap items for the engineering team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, or implementation leadership.
• Must be based in the US.
• Technical fluency to read logs, understand workflow logic, and map data dependencies.
• Proven experience defining success metrics to drive conversion or renewal conversations.
• Strong written communication skills for producing alignment docs and reusable templates.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience (payer or provider, quality measures, care management, scheduling).
• Familiarity with conversational AI, agentic outreach, or contact-center automation.
• Experience navigating HIPAA/PHI constraints and security reviews in customer deployments.
