What you will do

  • Partner with the CEO on company strategy, prioritization, and translating high-level goals into actionable operating plans.
  • Run the company operating cadence, including leadership meetings, planning processes, and weekly business reviews.
  • Own financial and business operations, including forecasting, budgeting, runway analysis, and KPI framework development.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, GTM, and marketing teams.
  • Design scalable processes and support organizational development, recruiting, and headcount planning.
  • Support board meeting preparation and investor communications.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, finance, consulting, or startup leadership.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and influence executive leaders.
  • Exceptional communication, synthesis skills, and a high bias toward action.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities calmly.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, AI, creator tools, or enterprise software.
  • Experience working directly with founders or executive teams.
  • Background in strategic finance, consulting, or investing.
