What you will do

• Lead evaluation, selection, rollout, and adoption of AI orchestration platform across all functional groups.
• Design and operationalize AI-powered software factory for sprint planning, code generation, testing, QA, documentation, and releases.
• Leverage AI to accelerate solution management: generate epics, user stories, requirements, use cases, and connect to engineering and delivery.
• Transform Professional Services with AI for data migration, project planning, resource allocation, and reusable assets.
• Utilize AI for demand generation via predictive targeting and scalable content, plus sales enablement.
• Embed AI into customer support for ticket routing, health scoring, and churn prediction; integrate into core products.

Requirements

• 15+ years in technology, operations, product, or digital transformation roles
• Proven experience selecting/implementing AI platforms or orchestration layers at scale
• Experience building/operating AI-enabled development environments (e.g., code factory)
• Strong background in solution/product management with AI for user stories, use cases, requirements
• Success operationalizing enterprise software via AI platforms
• Experience in healthcare, RCM, or enterprise SaaS preferred
• Demonstrated cross-functional transformation and change management success
