Location: Remote (Must be based in Western Canada)
Salary: $188k – $210k CAD (Base)

What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to overachieve sales goals in the assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and pipeline building to closing.
- Articulate the value proposition to a wide range of stakeholders, from engineers to CxO levels.
- Ensure predictable forecasting and consistent attainment of sales targets.
- Build and maintain enduring, customer-centric relationships with strategic enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of strategic security sales experience targeting Fortune-level organizations.
- Proven track record of closing 7-figure deals and successfully landing new G2K logos.
- Expertise in SIEM, Observability, and selling to IT personas (CIO/CISO).
- Experience with channel-led sales motions and proficiency in the MEDDIC framework.
- Background in early-stage startups (under 1000 employees) or strong entrepreneurial experience.
- Must be based in Western Canada and have a track record of successfully selling into this region.
