Salary: $116,000 - $174,000 (San Francisco base pay range)

What you will do

• Serve as first point of contact for in-office IT issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and A/V problems to minimize downtime.
• Support global workforce with IT issues collaboratively.
• Maintain and monitor office IT infrastructure including workstations, conference rooms, networks, and applications.
• Pair with IT team on projects like system upgrades and new technology implementations.
• Manage IT ticketing, user accounts, access controls, and documentation.
• Collaborate with departments, onboarding, and workplace services for technical support and equipment setup.

Requirements

• 2+ years full-time experience in IT support or related field
• Solid foundation in troubleshooting hardware, software, A/V, and network issues
• Deep understanding of macOS environments, networking, and security
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues simply
• Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented in fast-paced startup environment
• Experience with IT ticketing systems, vendor management, and documentation
