What you will do
- Own and scale corporate IT infrastructure, including identity systems, endpoints, and SaaS applications.
- Administer a macOS-based environment and manage Apple MDM infrastructure (currently Kandji).
- Manage Okta integrations, SSO policies, MFA, and access provisioning workflows.
- Build and optimize automation for IT operations and employee lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding).
- Coordinate SOC 2 compliance activities and support overall corporate security initiatives.
- Provide responsive internal IT support and maintain clear operational runbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering or corporate IT infrastructure roles.
- Strong experience managing macOS environments at scale using MDM platforms (Kandji, Jamf, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with identity and access platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, or Azure AD.
- Proven ability to manage SaaS applications, SSO, and access provisioning workflows.
- Familiarity with SOC 2 or similar compliance/security frameworks.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience building automation-heavy IT environments.
- Exposure to EDR, device compliance, and endpoint security tooling.
- Experience managing direct Apple Business/enterprise procurement workflows.
