What you will do
- Prospect and generate new business through phone outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Set appointments, present solutions, and close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle.
- Assist existing clients with add-on services like hardware, software, and professional solutions.
- Build merchant relationships, resolve issues, and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Manage CRM records, pipeline, and communicate with manager while adhering to policies.
- Develop knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluent English; native or proficient German required (additional European languages a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven outside/territory sales experience, preferably in payments, financial services, or tech.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas via prospecting, cold-calling, and closing.
- CRM proficiency, strong presentation/negotiation/communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively in territory.
- Computer/smartphone literacy.
