Salary: $147,760 - $240,110

What you will do

• Own and prioritize product backlog, aligning to business priorities and global deployment.
• Collect VOB/VOC from stakeholders, define problems, and translate into requirements and plans.
• Query, validate, and analyze data using Snowflake to support decisions and improvements.
• Lead QA, testing, and UAT, defining scenarios and validating usability.
• Manage change requests from intake to deployment, tracking progress and risks.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business to design, deploy, and monitor supply capabilities.
• Drive improvements via root-cause analysis and measure adoption post-release.
• Develop training, documentation, and best practices for user adoption.

Requirements

• Strong business analysis to identify needs and recommend value-driven solutions.
• Decision making and critical thinking for evaluating trade-offs and resolving issues.
• Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences, including leaders.
• Experience in software change request management from intake to deployment.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) skills to ensure product quality and readiness.

Nice to have

• Degree in engineering/business or supply chain certifications.
• Experience with Snowflake or cloud data platforms.
• QA, testing, troubleshooting in digital products.
• IT/software development background.
• Systems thinking across data, process, technology.
• Supply-chain digital tools experience.
• Agile environments with Azure DevOps/Jira.
