What you will do

• Guide products through full development lifecycle, aligning stakeholders on stage gates, decisions, and handoffs.
• Build and maintain tools like JIRA, Monday.com, Canny, DX, and Confluence for actionable metrics and prioritization.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude for automations to reduce manual work and free teams for high-impact tasks.
• Capture meeting notes, action items, and decision logs using Zoom AI and similar tools.
• Identify process improvements, automate workflows, and standardize documentation across the organization.
• Navigate cross-functional relationships with product managers and engineers, escalate risks with clear recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product operations, program management, or related role driving cross-functional execution.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Monday.com, and Confluence for workflows, dashboards, and training.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude for automation, documentation, and efficiency.
• Ability to take direction, deliver independently, and manage concurrent initiatives.
• Strong meeting note-taking, action item tracking, and record maintenance skills.

• Experience in fully remote environments with asynchronous coordination.
