What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term vision for the enterprise data plane, including ingestion, orchestration, transformation, and governance.
• Partner with engineering to evolve architecture toward a scalable, cloud-native, API-first, and AI-ready platform.
• Translate complex data environment needs from Fortune 500 customers (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) into platform capabilities.
• Lead product strategy for performance, scalability, security, and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, FedRAMP).
• Shape integration into modern data stacks, including semantic layers, data catalogs, and AI/ML workflows.
• Influence cross-functional teams and drive decisions on build vs. partner vs. acquire strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with significant experience in data platforms, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures: ETL/ELT, lakehouse, streaming, query engines, and semantic layers.
• Proven experience building or scaling data plane or control plane systems in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with architects and engineers on system design and tradeoffs.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and navigating complex requirements and buying processes.
• Must be based in the United States.
