Salary: $125,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Shape product vision and strategy with clients and product owners using iterative, outcome-driven processes.
• Manage agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Decompose problems, build consensus, and set direction for product development and deployment.
• Develop product roadmaps, documentation, and artifacts like briefs, outlines, and release plans.
• Coach and mentor junior team members with actionable feedback.
• Identify risks, communicate to leadership, and recommend mitigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in agile culture (experience may substitute for education)
• Experience with agile/lean methodologies, coaching, workshops, and mentoring.
• Stakeholder engagement at all levels, clear escalation lines, and status transparency.
• Work with suppliers/agencies, apply tools for team roles, ceremonies, and governance.
• Define and maintain key metrics and requirements for delivery.

Nice to have

• CSPO, CPM, CSM or related certifications.
• Ability to obtain/maintain relevant certifications.
