Salary: $130,200–$143,900

What you will do

• Lead team of Product Managers in defining product strategy, portfolio management, and strategic recommendations for enterprise SaaS products.
• Oversee vendor engagements, product roadmaps, and feedback to influence vendor directions.
• Enable documentation of specifications, backlog prioritization, and integration of new work into roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, demonstrate capabilities, and support UAT and adoption.
• Guide ROI evaluation, performance reporting, and executive presentations on product value.
• Coach direct reports, manage performance, capacity, and team delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience with products, including 5+ years direct product management for enterprise-level products.
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• Strategic planning and execution for operational departments.
• Cross-functional matrix management and team leadership.
• Experience with agile/waterfall methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
